WHAT WE OFFER

Four experiences, one standard.

Sound, breath and restorative movement for hotels, villas and retreats across the Balearics. Each experience follows a documented method, uses the same kit and is led by practitioners trained in it.

The Float. Guests drift on floating beds in your own pool while live sound is played around them, at sunrise or sunset.

The Stretch. Restorative yin yoga, slow and fully supported, with live singing bowls throughout.

The Ground. A live sound bath on solid ground. The easiest way in for complete beginners.

The Breath. Guided breathwork set to a soundscape produced for The Rest Room. A practice guests can take home.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Five things we won't compromise on.

Rest isn't a reward. You don't have to earn it, and you shouldn't feel guilty taking it.

Beginners belong. No experience, flexibility or special vocabulary needed. If you can lie down, you can rest.

The standard is the brand. Every session follows the same documented method, so it never depends on who happens to be free that week.

Grounded, not mystical. The Breath is designed by a respiratory physician, who also reviews every other experience. Safety comes before atmosphere.

Something to take home. A guest may only be with us for a few days. We want them to leave with a practice, not just a memory.

Why I started it

I founded The Rest Room in Mallorca because almost anyone can call themselves a wellness professional now, yet in the right hands these practices can be life-changing. I wanted to raise that bar: to create experiences that feel rare, yet welcome complete beginners.

A guest may only be with us for a few days. I want them to leave with more than a memory: practices they can take home, a different way of seeing rest, and the knowledge that it is nothing to feel guilty about.
